Having started as a claims handler and moving through roles in segment development and underwriting, digital transformation and customer analytics, she applies first-hand experience to help make insurance a more welcoming industry for employees and customers. Sally is a Trust Executive for the Zurich Community Trust and Deputy Chair of the IIL Representatives Committee.

Sandra Healy

Prior to inclusio, Sandra’s career spanned 20 years in the global telecoms industry and five years at Dublin City University. where she founded and established the DCU Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion. In 2015, faced with the challenges of every D&I practitioner, Sandra developed the concept of Inclusio and spun-out of DCU in 2020. Sandra is an Organisational Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner.

Carolyn O'Hara

Chief Human Resources Officer

Carolyn O’Hara has over 30 years of Insurance industry experience in both the life and non-life insurance sectors. Carolyn holds a number of qualifications in Insurance and HR as well as a Master’s in business from University College Dublin. Carolyn joined FBD in 2012 and prior to that spent 14 years working with Aviva in a number of management roles and also previously worked with Allianz.
